Down With SUVs!

[[C A R S]] * If there’s any upside to the America’s escalating gas prices, it’s that folks finally seem to be turning against fuel-guzzling sports utility vehicles (SUVs). A new survey by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press finds 79 percent of respondents saying that “if the U.S. is to become less dependent on oil, it is very important for people now driving SUVs to switch to more fuel-efficient vehicles.”
