[[Q U O T A B L E]] * In the wake of two highly partisan U.S. Senate votes on Thursday--one to raise the national debt limit to almost $9 trillion, and the other to approve a record-breaking, $2.8 trillion election-year budget--a disgusted Harry Reid (D-Nevada), the frequently fiery Senate minority leader, said that given George W. Bush’s history of fiscal irresponsibility in the White House, “I really do believe this man will go down as the worst president this country has ever had.”
