I have definitely had my issues with Colin Powell, the former secretary of state who gave George W. Bush political cover for making war on Iraq. But I’ve got to admit, he certainly does know how to give a thorough endorsement. On this morning’s edition of Meet the Press, he came out strongly in favor of Democrat Barack Obama for president, while trashing sleazy GOP campaign tactics:
